What We Do

We test your pool water and apply the proper chemicals and minerals to keep your water in ideal condition.

We empty your pool skimmer and pump baskets.

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

We brush your pool (tiles, steps, walls).

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

We vacuum your pool.

We net your pool.

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae.

We verify your swimming pool cleaner function.

We check your pool equipment.

What You Do

Keep the pool equipment operating and approve repairs when needed.

Maintain adequate water level.

Report to us any observations of swimming pool issues.

Notes

Monthly price based on a four week billing period.

Stabilizer treatments every 3-4/months.

There could be extra startup charges for the first cleaning & treatment.

Full Pool Cleaning Equipment and Chemicals

Customers can swap service plans from Full to Partial just contact us to schedule the change.

We offer twice a month service in Pinecrest from October till March each year.

You will need a Stabilizer Treatment

Seasonal filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are imperative for most residential pools in Florida. A few times per year our service techs need to perform a filter cleaning with acid, remove phosphates and boost the stabilizer. We charge $49 quarterly for our stabilizer package for customers on our weekly service plans.
